Auro Global maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe digital environment across all our applications and platforms.

Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, storing, sharing, or distributing any content that depicts, facilitates, or encourages Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), child grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any form of endangerment or sexualization of minors.

Enforcement & Authority Reporting: Auro Global actively monitors and moderates content. Any user account found violating these child safety policies will face immediate and permanent suspension, content deletion, and restriction from accessing our services. In compliance with applicable international, regional, and national child safety laws, Auro Global reports confirmed instances of CSAM or CSAE to law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

In-App Reporting Mechanism: Auro Global provides an accessible in-app reporting system. Users can immediately report any suspect content, profile, or message directly within the app using the built-in report feature for swift review and action by our moderation team.
